Ron Marrone
President

Ron Marrone, the President and a veteran of the United States Navy for six years, boasts an impressive 40 years of experience in the pest control industry. Holding a degree in environmental science and undergoing credit hour education in human resources from William Paterson University, Ron is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He is certified in various areas of pest control, including Termite, Wood Destroying Insects, Ornamental, Turf, Aquatic, General and Household Pest Control, Mosquito Control, Food Processing, Manufacturing, IPM for schools, and General Public Health, making him a highly respected and admired leader in the pest management industry. Ron is also a licensed inspector with WDI Credentialed and a certified Food Safety Manager, solidifying his expertise and credentials.

Anthony Marrone
Operations and Training Supervisor

Anthony is a highly proficient manager who boasts over 17 years of exemplary service in the environmental and public health sectors. He is a regulatory affairs expert who has conducted compliance inspections, public outreach, training, and emergency response for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Department of Health at the municipal and county levels of government. Anthony holds multiple licenses in various fields, including public health, aquatic pest control, turf, and right of way. He has completed rigorous undergraduate programs in environmental studies and environmental justice and also possesses a master's degree in environmental sustainability from Montclair State University.

Dominick Marrone
Communications Specialist

Dominick is a highly accomplished and skilled individual who has served the United States Army with pride for eight years. In addition, he holds a degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Montclair State University, further showcasing his impressive academic background. His over five years of experience in the pest control industry make him a valuable asset to his team. With his expertise in environmental services and management, Dominick is confident in his ability to tackle even the most complex problems with ease.
